The whole experience with NAC was excellent from start to finish. I spoke to Maria via telephone to discuss the fault with my dishwasher. Engineer arranged to visit 48 hours following call, Nathan, engineer arrived as stated, very professional and polite. He identified the fault and discussed the solution with us clearly. The part was ordered and the best thing of the experience that it was Nathan that came back to fit the part, great continuity. Dishwasher now functioning again. Many thanks to NAC and Nathan for a great job . Can certainly recommend NAC

The engineer turned up on time and carried out a swift inspection. Found out the fault and informed us of the required part & cost.
Gave us a time for returning and carried out the repair swiftly and cleaned away all the packaging and broken parts. He was very professional in his approach and very efficient.

Same day call out. Fault immediately identified. Fridge fan ordered and replaced in a week. Messaging was good and costs were reasonable. I’d use again.

Arriving promptly and giving a full and clear explanation of how the symptoms were being interpreted, the likely causes and potential costs for repair. Gave good general maintenance advice and once fully diagnosed, ordered the parts required and fitted them within a week, again making a firm appointment and arriving promptly. Offered good advice on how to lengthen the life of my appliance and maintain it for full efficiency.
