Washing machine stopped draining. Looked up appliance repair yesterday morning and came across NAC Repair. Booked an engineer for same day, paid the quote online and received a email and text message letting me know an engineer would be with me between 1&6. I received another message to say the engineer was on the way, giving me roughly 30mins to an hour notice. The engineer got cracking, identified the problem very quickly and fixed it within around 40minutes. We are a large family and do a lot of laundry, so this service was just fantastic. Would definitely recommend. Very grateful, thank you.

A first class service, from the moment I booked an appointment on there online website I was kept informed of the progress with reminders of my appointment and who and when would be attending, Dylan the engineer contacted me to say he was on his way , Dylan was very polite and professional and kept me up to date on what he had found , I had conformation via emails within minutes regarding costs and invoice payments.

Engineer arrived promptly on time as advised with the replacement parts and again was polite, courteous and very professional, explaining what he was doing and why the original fault had occurred. He ensured the appliance was in good working order and everything was back in place and tidy before he left. More than happy to recommend this company for future hassle free repairs.

Came on time and very quick call out. Sorted problem explained every thing to us that he was doing very tidy.
