Would highly recommend nac, you can book an appointment and pay online straight away if you prefer. Explained what was wrong online before repair man came. Received an email to say when he was going to arrive then he phoned as well. Very professional who explained things as he went along and left a very happy customer behind. Well done nec

I thought NAC had forgot to call, however that was a mistake and an Engineer rang within 20 minutes and arrived within minutes and carried out a repair, no parts ere required.
