I booked and paid the standard charge online at 7 pm and the engineer was at the house by 10am the next day. He fixed the problem quickly and there were no additional charges.
The engineer called to my mum’s today to fix her oven. He was very efficient and helpful towards my elderly mum who has dementia. The repair was done quickly and he kept me informed. Many thanks

Labour charge was determined upfront, so no hidden extras. We received the confirmation of the time of the visit the evening before and a text on the day to confirm the engineer was on his way. The engineers arrived on time and were very thorough/professional and left the area clean and tidy. Excellent Service.
