I called NAC when my washing machine broke down, I called at around 10:30am and spoke to Sally, she said someone would be with m later that day and they would call me half an hour in advance.
at 2:30pm I received a call and was given a time, The engineer turned up on time, diagnosed the fault, fixed it with minimal fuss and we happily paid the small amount for the parts. This is a company that does what it says.

The repair was carried on time as promised. Will use again when necessary.

Very happy with service offered by NAC overall, speedy response to my initial repair request and able to provide me with suitable dates for a local repair service, who then contacted me directly to arrange a visit and a gave their contact details. Followed up after appointment made to ensure it still suited, and terms of payment and what as included in the price were advised clearly on NAC website before I committed to booking a repair. Also very happy with the service and communication from the local supplier who NAC referred me to, and would definitely use this service again for any future repair work needed.

From the moment I rang the company I was helped totally by the young girl on the phone. The engineer was very good at his job. Turned up on time and sorted my problem. I got regular messages from the firm giving exact times and updates.

The engineer arrived on time. The repair was not straightforward but he sorted it out. He was professional and cheerful and the cost was reasonable.
