We had a non-working tumble dryer. The service was booked exceptionally quickly over the phone with a very friendly operator who had a problem-solving, can-do attitude. Ben arrived, repaired and cleaned the appliance inside in no time, explained the fault clearly, and was kind enough to give me a spot-on diagnosis, free of charge, of an issue with my fridge in the garage, all within minutes. Legendary service at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of repairs.

Despite not being able to fix my fridge freezer we were very impressed by Stefan who tried his very best to rectify the problem.
NAC were very efficient in every way.

We called someone in to look at our fridge which wasn’t getting cold enough. The engineer immediately knew what the problem was and told us what to do to fix it. If the problem reoccurred within 2 weeks a new part would be required and there would be no further callout charge. We were happy with the service and advice we were given.

Prompt service. Genuine advice given and will save your money if they can.

Excellent service with fixing the problem with the washing machine door…also reasonable price with the new part needed, would recommend them as they came out the next day.

Very Quick to come out to see what the fault was on my washer/ dryer. Had to order a part, phoned to give the price & should come to fit next week. I call that quick service, would use this company again if needed, staff very polite & helpful, would give 10 stars.

A careful analysis of the issues. Sadly, it was the compressor itself which had failed and the helpful engineer advised that it was probably not worth the cost of repair. However, the visit confirmed that the fridge/freezer was essentially a dead duck !
