The engineer was thorough with checking over every part of the washing machine to find the fault causing the leak. He was professional and friendly in explaining what he was doing. The washing machine now works perfectly.

I had an issue with a tumble dryer which was spinning, but wasn’t heating – so nothing was getting dried.
The engineer was prompt, courteous and professional. I assume that my explanation was decent, as he found the fault in about 5 minutes, and the tumble dryer was working properly about 5 minutes later. He had the good grace to not leave me feeling stupid by how quickly he resolved the issue, saying that he knew what it was but it would have been tricky for me to get to the affected part.

Right from the start I was impressed by the company’s helpful approach and the accuracy of their estimated work dates. The cost was clearly explained in advance and the engineer rang as promised on the dot of 6 p.m. the night before the work was carried out. He arrived punctually and effected repairs efficiently and fast. Our ancient dishwasher is as good as new and our washer door lock fixed perfectly. He explained exactly what the problem was and didn’t even stop for a cup of coffee. We are delighted with his work and his attitude.
