The company was fantastic, and the engineer Taff was outstanding. He’s doing excellent work, and I’d like to highlight and commend his dedication and professionalism.
Discovered our American style fridge / freezer was leaking water at bottom of freezer, which in turn was freezing and preventing withdrawal of food trays. Not wanting to expend money on new freezer, contacted NAC in hope they could reticfy situation.
Contacted them on line and within 10 minute’s had booked appointment for service engineer to come out within two days – subsequently engineer turned up at agreed time. Within 15 minutes problem was identified and within 45 minutes problem rectified.
The service engineer was brilliant! He came and fitted within the time allotted to me, texted before he arrived. The only negative was the time slot was between 10-3pm. An am or pm slot would have been better.

I had a fantastic experience at NAC London, and a big part of that was thanks to Moussa, our waiter. From the moment we arrived, Moussa was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He knew the menu inside out, gave great recommendations, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal without ever being intrusive.
His professionalism and friendly attitude made the whole evening feel extra special. You can tell he truly cares about the customer experience. If you go to NAC, ask for Moussa – you’ll be in great hands!
