I was happy with the service received both by NAC and by the engineer they sent. The whole process was straightforward and efficient. My telephone call was swiftly followed by an email confirmation and a text message. The engineer came at the agreed time and my problem was speedily resolved

The company organised and professional, the receptionist was polite. I had a problem with a fridge freezer, with the freezer not freezing properly, They were able to arrange for the engineer to come out the same day.I was kept informed via text of the time of the engineer arrival. The engineer diagnosed the fault fairly quickly. I received a quote for the part, which he fitted a few days later. You pay one call out charge which also includes labour to come back and fit any parts required. I am pleased with the service I received.
