The engineer was very courteous, helpful and informative. He was also flexible and rearranged his visit to an early morning one to fit in with our working hours.
I was able to book an appointment online for the next day for an engineer to come and look at my noisy freezer. The fault was identified quickly and the part ordered. I was able to contact them to check in on the arrival of the part and book the next appointment. Everyone involved was polite and time keeping was great. Would recommend and use again.
The repair man arrived ahead of time and did a thorough inspection of the washing machine. He addressed 1 of the problems and sorted it swiftly but went on to look deeper as it it did not solve the overall problem. He then identified the ongoing problem and gave excellent and evidence-based advice: it was not economically sensible to undertake the more complex repair. Throughout he was professional and friendly. We were delighted with the service.

3. Finally, couldn’t fault the engineer who was friendly and clearly very proficient. The 2nd time he was done in 45min… the first required parts being ordered but he kept us fully up to date throughout… and the fact that there was no 2nd charge for coming to fit those parts was really appreciated.

Fridge Freezer stopped working on a really hot day, NAC was super efficient and honest about my appliance which was 10 years old and told me cost of call out, I booked engineer and had to change it, they called me back straight away. Engineer was really efficient and managed to fix my appliance within 2 days, keeping me updated.
Harry was punctual, pleasant and he efficiently identified the issue with the oven and dealt with it effectively.
