It was very easy to book an engineer on line, Lee the electrical engineer who came was very efficient and friendly. The problem with my induction hob was resolved. The only downside was not being able to speak to a human when I had to contact NAC.
NAC did what they said they would do. They gave a prompt, courteous service and kept us informed at all stages. The engineer arrived when he said he would, was polite and a neat worker who tidied up after himself. We needed 3 separate visits to correct the problem for which we were not charged extra.
