When our oven stopped warming up I contacted NAC. The process was quick and easy to make an appointment. Price was visible with no hidden extras and most importantly for me came when promised. Charlie was very professional and knowledgeable, quickly identified the problem and ordered the part. Within the day I had a quote and it was fitted within a couple of days. Overall experience was excellent.

The engineer thought that the w/machine would be too costly to repair and we should consider purchasing a new one which we did
