Extremely pleasant Engineer. Took my cooker out and unfortunately did have the replacement part on his van, but immediately ordered it. He is coming back today as he said he would, to replace broken part. A good service. Thank you.

Repair man turned up had the part and fitted it no hassle. This is unusual as most of the time they don’t turn up or they don’t bring spares.
The engineer came out quickly after our initial enquiry and text messages kept us up to date with his time of arrival. He found the problem, and as parts needed ordering, made a further appointment to return a few days later. Tad was polite, punctual and got the job done. Great!

Our oven was mended in minutes. The repair guy turned up on time and even had the part we needed on his van… even though it wasn’t a common one.

The engineer although booked for Wednesday was able to come the day before. He as polite and efficient, found the fault and agreed to source the relevant part ( for a Miele induction hob). He rang the following day, the new part would have been very expensive and he recommended a new hob, which we purchased.
