My call was answered promptly and I spoke to a polite lady. The process was made clear and, currently, the repair is waiting for a part, which is on order. Can’t fault anything at this time. I’m confident it will be fixed in due course.

Andrew spotted the fault straight away, part was ordered and he returned within a couple of days, he sorted our dishwasher out, and we could not be more pleased with his service as nothing was too much trouble. He was friendly and polite, cleaned any mess up he made, and we would certainly recommend him to anyone

The booking system was quick and easy. The engineer called the next day to arrange a convenient appointment to assess the repair of my combination microwave oven. He was punctual, professional, polite and friendly. Very efficient in diagnosing and returning after a few days with the ordered new parts to repair the appliance issues.
Although I was slightly anxious to have to pay the engineer both the upfront fee for call out and labour, as well as the cost of ordering the new parts before completion, the whole process was smooth and no extra labour costs were involved. I can highly recommend.

Really good communication about all aspects of the work – l knew exactly when the engineer was coming and his name. Explanation about the nature of the fault and options was clear. The work was done to a high standard and the cost was not exorbitant. Would recommend and use this company again
Very reasonable price for a call out, my oven required some new parts and 2 return visits but all labour was covered in the initial call out fee, no catches and the engineer was really good. Great communication throughout via WhatsApp and email, would definitely recommend.
