Fast response to my fault report and fixed after part was ordered for second visit. Repair date agreed and engineer kept in touch by text to update me every step of the way. So happy to have my American FF back working again!

The engineer was very knowledgeable about my broken fridge freezer. He offered advice about the repair and he was friendly and kind.Unfortunately it would have been too expensive to repair but he was find a replacement model.
I called NAC Repair on Thursday lunchtime as a rental property had an oven that would not warm up. They fixed it the following morning. Excellent Service.

This is the first time I have used NAC and I found it it a very simple way to arrange an appliance repair which can otherwise be quite difficult, the fix of my cooker hood was carried out very efficiently and is now working perfectly, I would definitely use NAC again should the need arise.
