I had a good solid service experience from NAC.My pump had gone in the washing machine and this was changed quickly and efficiently, so seeing this I asked the engineer to mend my cooker door which needed a new part.This was replaced within a week after parts had been sent for. Couldn’t have asked for a better service and I was relieved my appliances were back in action so quickly.I will use them again.

Very impressed. Courteous and professional from the first call. Arranged appointment to suit me. Jake attended as agreed and was amiable and helpful, a very nice young man. Nothing to clean up after solving the problem. Money well spent.

Great service from initial call to job completion. We were given a cost breakdown by the receptionist over the phone which explained everything. A date was confirmed and we were kept fully informed all the way through. The engineer Danny arrived well within the time slot and quickly sorted out the leak on our washing machine. Polite and friendly all the while he was here. Would definitely recommend.

Great professional service.
Before making any repair, the engineer checked over the appliance (over 2 hours) and gave a complete breakdown as to what was wrong and what the cost would be to replace the parts. It was way beyond worth repairing. The engineer then advised what to look for when buying a new hob. Saved me lots of money.
