Easy to book, prompt emergency call out and Alex was polite and considerate throughout his visit. An appointment was then made for a visit to repair (on receipt of required part) which Alex attended on time and completed in good time. All working as it should. Recommended.
The engineer was friendly and explained the problem clearly and the options we had at his initial visit. When he returned he quickly replaced the fan and element and tested everything before leaving.
