Had a issue with the ice box within our fridge freezer so called NAC first thing in the morning. The lady taking the call was very helpful and within 1 hour the repair engineer phoned to state he would be there within 1 hour. On arrival, he quickly resolved the problem.

Seamless booking process – even though I booked outside of office hours, the auto email said I would be contacted in the morning to confirm the booking.
This duly happened and I was given the name of the engineer.
Pricing was clear and simple, with any parts needed extra.
The engineer (Ben) contacted me on the day to update me on arrival time – (you can book a 2 hour time slot), and promptly arrived.
He promptly got to work, pulling out the heavy fridge/freezer, identified the fault and repaired it. He waited to ensure the fault was rectified and gave instructions on monitoring, and to call after 24 hours if the fault still existed.
He was friendly, yet professional at all times. I would contact this company again in the future if needed and would recommend to family and friends if I was asked. Thank you!

I was looking for someone to repair my fridge. I rang NAC, and they sorted me out straight away. They gave me a day and time, and I was sorted. Nothing could have been simpler.
Had an issue with the washing machine were a coin got caught between the inner and outer drum casing and was causing a lot of noise.
Booked on line having read some of their reviews and wasn’t disappointed. Did over a weekend on their online tool which they gave me a provisional date and confirmed first thing Monday morning. Repair was following day. Good communication and turned up on time having confirmed earlier.
