Katherine was very easy to talk to and organised a visit very quickly.

Thought the dishwasher was on its way out! I had someone round the next day and it turned out the appliance had a screw loose so door was not shutting properly! So simple but now I know, I can look out for that if it ever happens again.

I spoke to two receptionists before the repair and they were very kind, helpful and professional. Excellent communications by text and email.
The technician was efficient, pleasant and knowledgeable. He solved the problem and explained what I needed to do to prevent it recurring. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Making an appointment was straightforward. Engineer kept to the time slot. He found the problem quickly and solved it, explaining what he was doing, and what I can do to alleviate the problem in the future. He was friendly and approached the job professionally. Reasonably priced too.

Came out tested our fridge freezer and although it was broken and couldn’t be repaired the engineer was friendly and trustworthy and I didn’t feel ripped off. Good service although not the result I wanted!
