Excellent service! Engineer arrived on time and asked for rundown on issue with fridge/freezer. Fault not evident immediately but engineer persevered until fault found.Very impressed with NAC and would recommend.
The problem was found and reported to NAC on 30 June. Their engineer, Nathan, arrived as promised, on 1 July and all problems sorted immediately. Cannot ask for better service than that! Thank you Nathan and NAC.

We had moved to a new house where there was an American style fridge freezer with its ice box full to the top and unable to dispense ice!
Robert, here in Glasgow, arrived as arranged, very carefully managed to release the ice box and empty it and then get rid of the ice blocking the ice dispenser. He then explained how the fridge freezer worked and how to look after it.
He was excellent and friendly too!
