They recommended same day or next day service. It was late in the day when i phoned so was booked promptly next day by a very friendly lady. Plus the call out price was very reasonable.

Our freezer was icing up badly due to a defective heater unit. Jason came on time to locate the fault and again once the part arrived. The repair was supposed to take 2 hours but he did it in under an hour. Friendly and afficient service at a very fair price.

Great service!. My washing machine broke down mid wash. A quick google showed NAC had good reviews so I gave them a call. The lady who answered the phone was superb and she arranged for a repair the same day. I was amazed when the repair chap arrived within 2 hours. A pleasant young man who trouble shot the problem very quickly. Luckily he had a replacement part on the van so the machine was up and running very quickly. I thought the price was very reasonable and I can’t recommend them highly enough. They will certainly be my first port of call should I have the misfortune to have any other domestic appliance fail.
Had a issue with the ice box within our fridge freezer so called NAC first thing in the morning. The lady taking the call was very helpful and within 1 hour the repair engineer phoned to state he would be there within 1 hour. On arrival, he quickly resolved the problem.

Seamless booking process – even though I booked outside of office hours, the auto email said I would be contacted in the morning to confirm the booking.
This duly happened and I was given the name of the engineer.
Pricing was clear and simple, with any parts needed extra.
The engineer (Ben) contacted me on the day to update me on arrival time – (you can book a 2 hour time slot), and promptly arrived.
He promptly got to work, pulling out the heavy fridge/freezer, identified the fault and repaired it. He waited to ensure the fault was rectified and gave instructions on monitoring, and to call after 24 hours if the fault still existed.
He was friendly, yet professional at all times. I would contact this company again in the future if needed and would recommend to family and friends if I was asked. Thank you!
