Everything was set up easily and quickly and the person who came to repair my cooker was very nice and helpful and my cooker works better than it has in years.
I was very impressed with the service NAC provided from booking the repair to its fulfilment. Yvonne was pleasant and courteous throughout the the telephone conversation and I was surprised she was able to offer an early date for the repairs to be carried out.
My oven stopped working on Sunday evening and by Tuesday it was fixed and working again. I was delighted to have it fixed so quickly.
