The booking process was easy as was the communication. The oven was fixed within 30minutes and parts were available without having to be ordered. The only downside was we were told it would be a three hour window for the appointment, however this was a five hour window that also led to a 7,5 hour wait all day due to late running. But I know this can be out of your control if things don’t go to plan. I’ll definitely recommend NAC to others.

The company were very helpful from the off. John the engineer turned up on time , was very helpful and tried his very best to resolve the issue. Unfortunately the part needed wasn’t available for a 20 year old American fridge freezer. John was excellent and I would recommend him to anyone

What a brilliant piece of work and great service. Cooker broke down on Sunday – suspected oven element. Reported the problem on line and set up appointment. Received updates to tell me what was happening and engineer arrived as promised. Engineer was really helpful and gabe advice on how to keep cooker in good condition. Repair completed within an hour and everything back in place. Paid up and that was it. Everything done exactly as promised.

When the part arrived and the engineer returned and installed quickly and efficiently.

My fridge broke down and I lost severl pens of insulin. I got in touch with NAC repair .co and spoke with a very re-assuring lady. She booked N ENGINEER AND aprice.
the engineer ‘Coby’ came on time and did a very professional
repair. He showed me how to avoid breakdown in future,left the fridge fully checked, at the correct temperature. He cleared away his tools and left thekitchen arra clean and Tidy.
I woul hve no hesitation in recommending Cby and the company.

Super efficient and reasonable charges.

I was talking with Kate,she is really kind and nice person. She straight away make an appointment for me for Thursday so I wait to talk with the engineer for my issue.
