Contacted re a problem with our built in gas oven. NAC sent a local repair man Rob who was excellent. Found the fault quickly and then sourced parts and cost etc. Due to age of appliance decided to replace it and Rob returned and removed old oven and installed new one quickly and efficiently.
It was a very easy process to get my oven mended. They were quick to respond and kept in touch. The engineer was polite and efficient. Costs were transparent.

Phoned up on a Friday, had someone booked in for a cooker repair on the following Tuesday. The individual repairer gets in contact books in a time. Paul was on time, repaired the cooker really quickly and knew what he was doing. Very professional and easy to use. £90 for the repair, didn’t need any spare parts so was even easier. Paid by card.
Set up repair online through the insurance company for a Monday. NAC were the company that they allotted. Engineer came out had to order a part. Got a phone call a few hours later to say they would be back Wednesday same engineer arrived 7.30am. Perfect!
