My integrated Leibhher ice machine had broken and so I contacted NAC. The booking an engineer process was easy and I was kept up to date regarding the visit with emails and texts. The engineer texted when he was on his way. The engineer was very professional and knowledgeable. He was an absolute credit to the company. He diagnosed the problem and replacement parts were ordered. He returned the following week to install and now I have ice again! He tidied up with much care after each visit and it was like no one had ever been. A brilliant experience from start to end and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
