I was able to book my repair on a day that suited me and was given a time slot, the engineer Tom arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part which came very quickly. Tom came back installed the part and the job was done with no drama whatsoever I can’t fault the service from NAC. and no surprises with the price either.
