Really friendly, swift service

The engineer was very nice, polite and competent. The repairs were completed quickly and without fuss. We had to wait for three days for parts to arrive, but otherwise it was all good.

Leo, who came to plumb in a washing machine was exceptionally good. He kept me informed when he was slightly late, due to gridlocked traffic, and was very knowledgeable. He did a really tidy job. I had misunderstood that I had to book ahead if I wanted him to take away my old washing machine but even without the trolley he needed, he managed to carefully move the machine into his van. Very helpful!

Unfortunately unable to repair

Excellent engineer. Cheerful, punctual and pleasure to have in the house.
However problem with your communication system telling me wrong date, and on enquiry about the problem. initially given faulty information.
This was subsequently swiftly dealt with by a telephone call

The engineer Charlie was very polite and quickly diagnosed the problem. He carried out the repair and whilst doing so fully explained how the problem started and how to stop it from happening again, and He left everything clean and tidy

Very efficient friendly engineer who sorted problems quickly

I found NAC from a Google search (always risky) but liked the fact they had a fixed price, based on my oven model. Obviously parts were extra, but at least I knew what I was paying to find out if my oven was fixable.
The engineer turned up on the day I booked and within the time I was given the night before. He was friendly and efficient, taking care not to scratch anything, and diagnosed the problem quickly. Alas, he didn’t have the part I needed on his van but it was ordered same day and he was back within 5 days to fit it at no extra labour/call out charge. Again, he turned up on the day I’d booked and within the time slot stated. Both times I got a text 20-30 mins before he arrived, so I didn’t have to stay home all morning.
The booking system was very easy to use, with instant confirmation of my booking.
Yes, the (genuine NEFF) part was a bit more expensive than I could have got from an online parts store, but the service was excellent and I got my oven fixed quickly and efficiently.
A very reliable service and would definitely use again, without hesitation.

Charlie was a very helpful technician. Explained everything, have good advice and was generally a pleasant young man.
