Great communication direct with engineer who came when he said he was going to. The washing machine fix wasn’t straight forward but the engineer worked through and now I have a perfectly functioning like new washing machine and a very reasonable cost and way cheaper than a replacement. I would recommend this company to anyone absolutely

Engineer quickly diagnosed the washing machine problem and was able to book a time for the repair allowing for the ordering of required parts.
