My 4 year old dishwasher displayed a pressure system fault code so I rang NAC on a Friday and spoke to a lovely lady who arranged an engineer to visit. James came on the following Tuesday, on time and proved to be a polite and knowledgeable engineer. He gave me a lot of information regarding the fault and what dishwasher programs to use. I had to order a replacement item and received the invoice within the hour on my phone. After paying I received an appointment and James returned within a few days with the new part. Unfortunately the fault hid another defect and I went through the same quick procedure to buy the new part. Amazingly NAC refunded the whole of the previous cost, which I did not expect. Within a few days James visited and conducted a successful repair. I only paid for 1 call out charge and the replacement part. Well done NAC.
