The website was easy to navigate. A telephone number is available, a helpful and real person answers. The response was speedy, Haydn surveyed the work on the Monday, I was given the option to proceed with the work, a quote for the ‘parts’ given by email. Haydn completed the work on the Friday. Haydn was polite, explained the reason for the mal- functioning cooker, and cleaned up before he left. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
Danny was professional but friendly and took the time to explain what was wrong, what needed mending and just incredibly informative. He seemed genuinely happy to answer any questions that I had.
