Great communication throughout the process. The whole job was done in under 40 minutes. The engineer had all the necessary parts on hand, and our oven is now working perfectly again. I’ve always been cautious about finding reliable engineers, but I’ll definitely turn to NAC again if needed.

Daryl was so informative and advised on how I could use the washing machine. He also advised on how to use the tumble dryer which I hadn’t used before having inherited both appliances from the previous owner.
NAC’s technician came very promptly on time, was very pleasant and approachable, sorted our problem very efficiently, gave helpful advice and we could not be more satisfied. We don’t quite know what he did but our washing up machine did not work when he came – and works splendidly now! We’d say first class service all round.
