Rang NAC because my oven stopped working. The engineer came the next day and found the element had gone in the oven. He ordered a new one and fitted it the following week.

Never heard of this company prior to using them. We had a Miele oven which had broken. The reply on their website was quick and accurate, visiting the very next day with a time slot communicated by text. The engineer was polite and knowledgeable. Ordered the parts, and the same engineer arrived to fit them. All in all an excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend. Robert H. Varey.
