When my faithful, but elderly, washing machine started to become agitated about a load that exceeded anything more than a pair of pants and a sock, I suspected its time had come and that the long irksome business of purchasing a replacement was about to begin. However, on the off chance that resuscitation was possible I contacted NAC to arrange a visit. The whole exercise was a joy from start to finish – all personnel were friendly and helpful, appointments were kept on time and I was kept informed of progress throughout. It transpired my fears of termination were groundless as the problem was diagnosed swiftly, the spare parts were acquired and installed within a couple of days. So, many thanks to the office staff and engineer for the process so much easier than originally anticipated
