Booking an engineer was easy. I found out about NAC through Google search and am glad I chose the best company. When i booked the engineer the date was available within 2 days. When the engineer Andrew came he was very professional, humble and very thorough to diagnose the issue. After an hour he explained that we need a new part unfortunately it was out of stock but had to wait for 3weeks for a part to be available. NAC was very effective when communicating with me. ANDREW returned to replace the damaged part and indeed it was worth waiting. Our washing mashing is 10yrs old and it has been fixed. Thank you to NAC for sending Andrew

Paul was unable to repair the machine as we initially thought it needed a new door mechanism but it turned out to be the master control system which is very expensive and it was more sensible to buy a new washing machine

I spoke to Katherine who quickly made me feel confident that the problem with our gas cooker would be dealt with, and everything that Katherine said would happen has happened. Ryan from South Wales Appliances got in touch at exactly the time I was told in order to sort out the problem. Big thanks.
