Engineer located problem straight away. He was efficient and knew exactly how to remedy the problem. Friendly & pleasant engineer.

Very quick and efficient service

Our technician was very pleasant and polite. He explained our dishwasher problem to us, and I am confident he did all he could for us in terms of trying to fix it.
Unfortunately, it was off to the dishwasher graveyard for our appliance, but would definitely have Jack back in a heartbeat for any other ailing home appliances! Cheers Jack and NAC x

Engineer arrived on time and identified the problem on our dryer Returned a few days later with replacement part and fitted within 15 minutes Very impressed and would not hesitate to use your company again

Great friendly service from the repair man. Although he didn’t need to do much apart from blow down a pipe to clear back pressure. However he gave us some good advice on washers should we need a New one in the future.

Great communication from the start Gareth was very professional from the time he arrived quickly diagnosed the fault and gave good advice to repair my microvave ordered the parts messaged and said parts had arrived on Sunday and arranged to fit them on Monday message to say he was on his way and arrived on time would not use any other company

Efficient and friendly and honest

I called NAC when my washing machine broke down, I called at around 10:30am and spoke to Sally, she said someone would be with m later that day and they would call me half an hour in advance.
at 2:30pm I received a call and was given a time, The engineer turned up on time, diagnosed the fault, fixed it with minimal fuss and we happily paid the small amount for the parts. This is a company that does what it says.

The repair was carried on time as promised. Will use again when necessary.
