We had our Zanussi oven requiring installaton to replace an old one that was on the blink. It had been sitting a few weeks in the hallway (to annoy me into organising!) before having installed, and prior to that in a warehouse. Mark the engineer had it sorted in minutes, however it had a hiccup, and he had sensible advice on what to do to correct….. Now I’m no tecchy (even on an oven!), but impressed myself with managing to get it settled from the principles he shared. SUCH a relief, that overall a quick job was worth the fee!
