Easy to book initial appointment via web site. Received email informing of engineer name and when he would contact for time of arrival which he did and arrived on time. Diagnosed problem and part ordered.

I have had to have NAC. out twice is the same month for fridge freezer that could not be repaired and a washing machine that has been repaired. Andy came out both times. Polite knowledgeable answered all questions. Great asset for you. Please apologise to him as we were having a bit of a domestic when he came that he couldn’t repair either!

Our american fridge freezer died without warning at a crucial time – just prior to a big house party(!!). Got in touch with NAC via Samsung and the process was great – simple online booking system, great communication and Stefan our engineer was prompt, calm and clear – wasn’t gonna get fixed in time but gave us a timescale and stuck to it. Great service, v reasonable pricing structure and we always knew what was going on – well done!
