Dishwasher broke down and I booked the appointment on the NAC website. Pricing was clear and I chose to pay immediately. There were plenty of choices for appointments, some even for the next day. There were no weekend appointments. On the evening before I got a text and an email confirming the date. I was given a time slot- mine was a 4 hour slot. You can click to change the date if you need to. On the morning of the appointment I got a text at 7am ish to say the person would be with that morning and that I was number 2 on his lists. At 8.10am I got another message saying he was en route and he arrived at 8.20am. He was there about 45 mins and fixed the dishwasher! No extra costs. I would definitely use the company again and recommend them
