NAC linked me with a local electrician who has been AMAZING. He’s worked really hard over the past couple of weeks – he helped me pick a replacement washer, took the broken one away for me and also fixed my oven where GoAssist had let me down big time. The engineer was very nice.told me what was wrong with the cooker didn’t take long to repair.when l did have a problem with the electric he was straight back first thing the next day. Could not fault him.
Jordan, the engineer who called to fix my elderly mother’s washing machine, was very efficient and got the repairs done quickly. He also adjusted it so it’s no longer bouncing along the floor!
