Excellent speedy response from NAC after failing to find anyone willing to travel outside the city of Sheffield. Engineer was diligent in contact before arriving as stated and came with a vanful of spares to deal with whatever situation my job needed. Mission was successfully completed leaving me, a very happy and relieved customer.

Really easy to book and get someone out quickly to fix a dishwasher. The engineer arrived on time and was friendly and professional. Came back a few days later with the necessary part to complete the repair. Fee structure was transparent and payment was straightforward. Would definitely use them again!
The cooker repair was arranged for next day. The engineer was on time, very polite, he did what he could so I don’t need to order expensive parts and made sure I have a working cooker for Xmas.

Prompt and efficient call out, quick identification of initial issue but reviewed whole appliance. Parts ordered and paid for using efficient automated system. I did call back to progress but only as we were getting close to Christmas but they arranged fitting of parts for the next day. Also good advice as to why the main fault occurred in the first place. Highly recommend and fitter was a nice chap.
The engineer knew instantly what the problem was with 17 years of experience with dishwashers. The pump had failed. He replaced it and put it through a 90 degree cycle to give it a good rinse and all is well for our dirty pots and pans! No fuss and he just got on with the job. A reasonable rate for call out and parts to be fair given the machine it is 13 years old. Saved buying a new one!!!
