Our tumble dryer needed to be fixed. Asked for a call back from NAC (online), in a short period of time they called me. The lady was understanding and really helpful. In about an hour the engineer called, he told me that he is coming next day and he said that he knows what’s the problem and it will not cost us more than the basic service price. Dimitar (engineer) arrived next day on the exact time what he said the day before. He was friendly, professional, and he did a really clean work. He fixed it in 30 minutes, and it didn’t cost more than he said the day before. Definitely would call him again if has any problems and 100% recommend his service.

Very impressed with the booking process. Quick response and good communication throughout. The engineer (Lee) arrived promptly at the agreed time. Very pleasant manner. He quickly identified the fault with our washing machine and was able to supply the necessary replacement parts.
