Bart turned up when he said he would, was polite, efficient and neat. Our cooker fault was hard to find but he worked methodically until he could locate it and repaired it promptly. All done within budget and with no fuss. Recommended.

From my first contact with the company, when my dishwasher malfunctioned, to the completion of the repair 4 days (and two visits) later (delay caused by waiting for part to arrive)…I felt supported. Communication was excellent both from the initial office contact and from the actual service engineer who kept me updated using a combination of email WhatsApp and SMS. Excellent service from start to finish. My main oven stopped heating I was about to purchase a new cooker but decided to try for repair.
