Needed a repair to my oven 6 days before Xmas, rang sooo many Gas Safe people and was told “do not repair ovens” then I rang NEC, WOW so glad I did. AJ came to my property the next day and the repair was done in 20 mins, very professional, very polite. Will definitely be using these guys again.

Dealing with NAC was a very smooth process from beginning to end. My engineer Chris was on time, polite, cheery, diligent and informative. The Back Office team were also hugely important in the process with regular communication and updates.Extremely satisfied all round.
