Excellent service. Nathan was very thorough and efficient.

Professional repair service. I called out to fix a wine cooler. After checking the issue, the repairman gave me a fair assessment that I would be better off getting a new wine cooler as coming back to replace the parts that were not working would cost £210 and would only cover me for 6 months, whereas a new wine cooler would likely be just over $300 with a 5 year warranty. I just opted to decline the repair and get a new wine cooler. Call out cost was £75.

As soon as I made contact online they message me, and Ian called me that afternoon which was a Sunday! Maintained contact through, arrived on the agreed time.Price was quoted for call out via text as soon as I entered details.

Engineer located and fixed problem quickly and efficiently….
Also fixed a long standing fault with LCD display on control panel…..win, win!
