Probably the easiest booking made. Gino the engineer was on time helpful and honest with the repair and explained everything clearly he informed that it might not work but was worth trying. Unfortunately we did end up having to get a new washing machine. But will definitely use again if needed in future as service was 5 stars and both Gino and rob made the process simple plus no hidden costs always a bonus.
