whilst the work is still in progress the person who came to inspect and soon complete the repair to my oven was in every way courteous, punctual and professional in analysing the problem and reassuring me of the safety of the device.
The company was efficient and helpful. The operative was polite explained what the solution was and carried out the repair and tidied up after.
Rating is purely based upon the service provided by Robert the engineer. Highly professional, diagnosed the problem with the machine quickly, relatively minor fix and had the part ordered and delivered within 6 days.
The 20 year old Miele lives to was another day and when it does go down again – I’ll certainly contact NAC again

Yvonne was warm, friendly and very efficient. Immediately I put the phone down their engineer contacted me, I had my integrated oven repaired the same day. NAC appears to work hard at fulfilling their promise of same day or next day repair. I received excellent service.
