Very happy with the service. Although had to wait some days before next appointment was available, turned up on time. Took another week for part to be ordered and then return to complete so overall nearly three weeks without a washing machine so had hoped for someone more local and faster availability but cannot fault their care and attention to resolve. An excellent digital support tool also.

The work they are booked for is tomorrow but my initial contact with Becky to make the booking was very comforting. She explained the process very well which totally quelled my anxiety about how quickly and effectively our fridge freezer may be fixed.

My fridge decided to stop working so did the usual – looked up on the internet for someone to try and fix it. Decided on NAC and what a friendly, efficient and surprising company! They explained the call out charge and what that meant, what would happen, the SMS updates and the sourcing of parts/fitting it etc. Anyway, the guy came out – checked everything, ordered the part and came back and fixed it! Everything was smooth – all SMS updates were excellent, the engineer friendly and efficient. I will definitely use this company again!
