Excellent customer service

Very friendly and efficient

The engineer was very professional,he inspected my washing machine thoroughly, I had a feeling what is was as I had the same problem two years prior. At first he said he would have to order the unit for the handle, but when he opened it up he realised it was the pin which I suspected and it resolved the issue I had and it works perfectly. He also informed me of two extra wash cycles that are hidden within the rapid wash button,which I wasn’t aware of. So I was very happy to have him come to fix my appliance for me. Thank you ever so much. Your service was gladly appreciated.

Great company to deal with. Easy to book an engineer out with normal hours, no hidden charges, great communication, professional service and prompt repair. Would recommend to others and use again.

Very smooth process from start to finish. The engineer arrived on time, was very clear with what the problem was and the solution. Parts were ordered and yesterday they were fitted. Communication has been excellent throughout and no hidden costs.

Fortunately the Office called me today and Stefan came back to do a brilliant job. Stefan has a nice character and he will make a very good engineer.

A really helpful and pleasant call, really quick response and I’m hopeful for as good an engineer visit.

Nick was very pleasant but unfortunately he could find nothing wrong with the oven. He said I should only use one oven at a time for a while.
