Arrived on time. Inspected my Fridge/Freezer explained what the problem was and that he was unable to make a repair. Which meant I had to buy a new Fridge/Freezer.
From calling NAC to explain the problem and booking a call, to the engineer arriving, the same day, everything ran smoothly, everyone was friendly and the service was very professional and extremely competitive price wise. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Excellent!
Speedy booking with a great selection of dates. Great communication with engineer before arrival. Arrived just before timeslot allocated ( much appreciated !) diagnosed faults very quickly and had the parts needed in the van ! 2 ovens fixed in less than an hour ! And for a bargain price.. honestly great service. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
Booking an engineer was straightforward and he turned up when he said he would. The problem with the dishwasher was quickly diagnosed. Unfortunately the repair would cost almost as much a a new appliance (not the engineer’s fault) so decided not to proceed. Would use this service again if needed.

Wonderful service . I was called away on a family emergency and had to change all the arrangements . Danny took it all in his stride , including waiting outside for a while for my OH to return from dog walking. Oven repaired and useful advice given. Engineer was friendly but more importantly was efficient even though he quickly found what was wrong he checked my coffee machine over to ensure everything was functioning correctly
The booking system was easy followed by a direct phone call from the repairman to fix an exact time window for the repair. Cheerful and careful while doing the work. Made sure I was happy with the appliance was working properly before he left.
