Shortly before selling our house, our gas hob ignition stopped working. Not wanting to replace the entire unit, I contacted NAC to request a repair. Our engineer Nathan, came out the first time to diagnose the fault, and recommended that at least one and possibly two parts would need replacing, and asked me what I wanted to do. I asked to risk just replacing a single part to see if that would resolve the problem, and paid for the part and the fitting. It took a couple of weeks to order the part (over the Christmas Period), and unfortunately, this didn’t completely resolve the problem, so the second part was ordered for a follow-up visit the following week, where the issue was completely resolved.
Really happy with the experience and would definitely recommend NAC.
