Quick response from the engineer to arrange a date and time for the appointment. He was polite, thorough in diagnosing the problems with the machine and provided honest advice moving forward after pricing up parts for the repair. He didn’t push for the repairs as they came to much more than the cost of a new machine.Would use again.

Highly recommend. I messaged sunday after our dishwasher flashed up with error code. After an attempt to try to fix it ourselves it was obvious that we needed an expert. We confirmed appointment Monday morning and by Tuesday afternoon it was fixed. Very polite, professional, knowledgeable and would highly recommend to anyone.
I found the engineer extremely helpful washing machine was unrepairable so he organised a new machine for me as I am 89 and can’t get around this was wonderful now all been sorted definitely worth his call-out fee
I was looking for a company online who were easy to contact and had a proven record of reliability. The engineer (Ken) recognised the problem immediately and the part was fitted in less than 15 minutes. I would definitely use NAC again.
Our engineer, Cam, was excellent. We were expecting bad news but Cam found a way to repair our washing machine without requiring any replacement parts, so the cost was only the callout fee. That’s great service.

From dealing with the lady on the phone( sorry forgot her name) she explained all that would happen up to the engineer arriving (coby). Once he got the info from me he went and sorted the problem out in a short time. He explained what had happened repaired tested it & it was up and running. He was very very professional in his job.
