Our Samsung f/s fridge/freezer had broken down.We
could not contact our usual company for this type of
work.My wife found a t/p number for NACrepairs who
we then called.Their engineer came the same day Sta and
quickly identified the problem. The replacement part
was sourced fairly quickly and all is now well.The

from NAC was brilliant as was their staff.

I was extremely unhappy with the non- service I got by going direct to Hotpoint to try and book a repair. So I contacted NAC and they came out on the same day and within 2 hours of my phone call and did a professional repair on my free standing Fridge Freezer.

My experience with NAC engineer has been a pleasant one. I used their service for my broken down washing machine. I got a same day visit and the engineer tried to fix it but we needed a new part which came in good time. The engineer second visit was seamless, professional and gave after care advice.
