All went exactly as I was told it would go. The technician arrived when he said he would, which has been a major failing of some service providers I have used recently. I had reassuring texts and emails to confirm his plans, including a very useful message to let me know he was on his way. The repair was made quickly and efficiently. The technician was friendly, listened, then gave me the information I needed to decide what to do. This was a very positive experience. I highly recommend NAC.
