Very good service

This was a good service. The arrangements were made efficiently and the communication was good. The engineer, Graeme, came when he said he would, completed with the job and took the time to explain issues to me. I’d be happy to use the service again.

The engineer was extremely thorough with the repair, nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic service.

Engineer came on time. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Was looking at £400 for a new machine from Currys. Fix was a fifth of the price.

Engineer Gary was pleasant and polite .He was very professional arriving on time for initial and follow up visit to fix part .Kept me informed on what the problem was and what was needed .Would recommend .

The engineer, Bob, arrived the same day as the call was made. Unfortunately the washing machine couldn’t be repaired. Bob advised on the best machines to consider and he would be able to fit it including new electrics.

This service was super efficient. Great communication, very understanding, and the repair was conducted in a friendly and pofessional manner.
