The Engineer who carried out the repair to our Smeg cooker was very knowable and professional. He carried out a thorough check of our cooker and kept
us up dated when he would be back with the ordered
parts. A date and afternoon time was booked when he was coming back and he telephoned on the day 15 mins before, saying he was on his way. The appointment system is excellent and so was the engineer who carried out the successful work to our cooker.
