Excellent engineer arrived on time and immediately gave us confidence as he diagnosed the problem with our fridge freezer. Worked very efficiently and was able to give us genuine options. He was able to order a replacement after measuring up. This included installation and removal of the old fridge freezer. This was ordered for two days time and was achieved.
He was a real professional who gave us an honest assessment and a choice of options. We agreed that he was the best white goods engineer that we have ever had.
