They came to repair a Miele hob. Said they would investigate to see what parts are needed. Heard no more. Chased them. Nothing. Appliances can be beyond economic repair, but expecting a bit more feedback. -Update 26/3/26 . It turns out they left messages on a different mobile in a comms mix-up. Refunded my fee so all good.
The engineer’s who came to my fridge/ freezer were very knowledgeable and efficient.

Waited for Pimlico Plumbers to repair my oven and after 2 days of hassle with no shows turned to this company for help and problem was resolved in an hour of phoning. Really over the moon with the service with this company 5 stars isn’t enough. Highly recommended
