The engineer (Ken) was polite and friendly, and got on with the job. Did the work quickly and efficiently. Really appreciated his advice and knowledge about our cooker.

I honestly thought I would have to wait days for my washer to be assessed/repaired but Sally patiently put me in contact with Gentleman John Cunningham who arrived the very next day. John had to return with a new part, but kindly and patiently fit in with my situation.
From being an “Agghhh, my washers broken, I’ve got loads of washing and not enough time to resource a new one”, it became a “thank you Lord Jesus for Sally and John” couldn’t be more blessed.

The communication initially from the company and then the engineer was really good.
The engineer spent nearly 3 hours doing a thorough investigation into what the problem was. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.
Due to the fault I do need to get a new Fridge and he also took time to suggest what my best options would be. Even though my fridge couldn’t be fixed I would definitely recommend NAC.
