Called this company about my inbuilt fridge freezer which has stopped working.
Very friendly lady called Yvonne took details of my problem, explained clearly the service and costs; then gave me the name of Dave, the engineer who will be carrying out the work and the date he will be coming.

He arrived within the timeframe stated. He did a good job smoothly and efficiently. I am in my 80’s and was worried that my son had found this on the interenet; I don’t trust the internet, too many conmen. This one turned out fine. I would use them again if the need were to arise.
