Very efficient, from when we first phoned to the completion of the repair. The engineer was expert and courteous. After the first visit, he ordered the replacement parts swiftly, and completed the work a few days later. All this was during the Christmas-New Year period. Thank-you.

Really helpful and honest. Saved us from having to pay out for a new expensive fridge freezer just after Christmas by being able to repair the fridge freezer. The engineer was very honest before making the repair to advise it was a temporary fix, which was appreciated.

I was a little apprehensive at first as everything was completed online. However, I needn’t have worried, as communication regarding visit date and time were great. I received information the day before with an expected time slot and on the day to say when the engineer were on their way.
Nick the engineer was great, we had both thermostats replaced in our double oven. One thermostat we had already purchased which was fitted on the first visit. We ordered the second thermostat which Nick brought with him on the second visit.
